Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of our Germany-wide risk management team, you will advise our clients on the development of strategies as well as the design and implementation of a wide range of topics related to the regulatory agenda for financial service providers and compliance management. You can do a variety of tasks: Early identification of regulatory innovations and trends for financial service managers including Banks, Asset Managers, Wealth Managers or leasing companies Advising our customers with regard to the impact of global, European and national regulation on their business model, the process and control landscape and the operating model Implementation of regulatory requirements, participation in the development of effective and sustainable risk & compliance structures and support in the Kund Change Management process:innen Identification and adaptation of technology solutions to increase the efficiency of risk and compliance structures including AI-based solutions Responsibility for services, project progress and professional cooperation in an international team of Regulatorik and Compliance Expert:inside

Complete study of economics or comparable disciplines First professional experience in the fields of compliance, risk and regulatory from an activity in a consulting company or in the department of a financial service company is desirable knowledge of European and national supervisory regulations for financial services companies, as well as very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English
