Accounting and reporting: You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and prepare business evaluations. Optimization of processes: You are driving forward the digitization of the administrative and accounting processes, in particular in the field of CRM and reporting. Payment and reminding: You are responsible for all accounting, including debitor, creditor and asset accounting, as well as payment transactions. Cooperation with management: You work closely with the management and actively contribute to strategic decisions.

Completed training: Commercial training as well as a further education on the account book holder (IHK) or an economic study with a focus on finance. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in financial accounting, ideally with leadership experience. Process optimization: Experience in the optimization of financial processes and the implementation of digitization solutions. IT-Affinity: Safe handling of DATEV and very good Excel skills; IT-affin and technically versed. Enforcement and communication strength: You are a leader with the ability to implement changes and motivate the team.
