In this exciting and versatile position, you mainly take over the following tasks: Own-sponsored management of demanding 'building projects in existence' in all phases of the project, taking into account the economic and technical objectives (responsibility for sales and earnings) Negotiations with contracting entities:in terms of construction implementation, changes and extensions of the construction contract, as well as follow-up approval Coordination of the operations of specialist engineers:inside, specialist advisers:inside, staff and after-sales Monitoring and control of monthly performance and earnings development including reporting Support for project management Participation in supply skalkulation, strategy and contract negotiations Examination of performance and development of special proposals Staff management and support, operational planning within the group

A successfully completed study (engineering, architecture, etc.) or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience; preferably in a construction company or a construction engineering office Comprehensive understanding of the turnkey handling of construction projects from planning, tendering and awarding to construction Application security in the organization and management of engineering processes to achieve date, quality and cost security Self-conscious personality with the ability to lead employees, motivate and tie them to the company Self-employed and earnings-oriented work Enthusiasm for everything that can become from existing buildings through revitalizations reuse, energetic renovation, etc. Good knowledge of popular MS Office applications (Word, Excel) Embossed organizational ability, communication strength, enforcement ability and problem-solving competence complete your profile
