Your tasks include the independent creation of management reports, presentations and decision templates for Main Battle Tanks programs. In addition, you will collect relevant information from cross-departmental teams, consolidate and plausitise them and prepare them to address them. Furthermore, you visualize complex technical, programmatic and economic facts and support the program and field management with meaningful decision bases. In addition, you coordinate cooperation with internal and external interfaces, create reports for senior entities and accompany project-related communication. You clarify and evaluate technical and commercial issues in close coordination with project teams, departments and external partners. You contribute to project planning activities and ensure compliance with corporate standards, guidelines and close coordination with the commercial project controlling.

A successfully completed study of the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field forms the basis of your qualification. Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in project controlling, project management or in the management of complex technical development projects. A strong technical and business understanding allows you to analyse, evaluate, and prepare complex facts for your address. Experience in the planning, monitoring and analysis of project costs, budgets, dates and resources as well as in the creation of forecasts, deviation analyses and management reports will distinguish your profile. In addition, you bring knowledge of risk, change and chance management and support targeted management of challenging projects. The secure handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP, as well as very good knowledge in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, are assumed. Experiences with MS Project, Power BI or comparable project management and controlling tools are advantageous. An analytical, structured and self-responsive way of working as well as pronounced communication and organizational skills enable you to successfully collaborate in interdisciplinary project teams. Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile. Your profile is rounded off by a strong interest in complex technical development projects in the field of Wehrtechnik as well as pleasure in cross-departmental cooperation in an innovative business environment.
