Test Manager*in (m/f/d)

We are looking for you - a dedicated and competent person who, as a test manager, drives the quality, stability and regulatory compliance of our IT systems. In this central role, you develop, control and monitor the test strategy of ILB - from classic test methods to the stress and resilience tests required by DORA.

You define uniform standards for reliable test processes and make a decisive contribution to a robust, secure and sustainable IT landscape.

Your specific tasks: Strategy & governance Planning, control and continuous development of the company-wide test strategy in accordance with governance, project and regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, BSI, MaRisk, ISO 27001/29119) Ensure uniform test methods, processes and quality standards across all IT projects and releases Operational test management Professional control and administration of the test and automation tools used (e.g. SAP ALM, Tosca) Coordination of test plans, test data and test documentation including lifecycle management according to data protection and compliance requirements Conducting and monitoring load and resilience tests according to DORA and integration and optimization of the test processes in the CI/CD pipeline Transparency & quality assurance Creation and maintenance of test reports, KPIs and dashboards to control quality, progress and risks Analysis, documentation and tracking of errors as well as participation in the support and problem solving process Communication and cooperation Close cooperation with project management, IT security, IT compliance, departments and external service providers Support in customizing workflows and status models in test management tools Job evaluation: Class 9

The body must first be occupied for two years.

Complete studies, for example, of (economic) informatics, IT management or vocational training, e.g. as a specialist informant with multiannual relevant professional experience in the IT environment Funded knowledge in software test management as well as in the handling of test tools (ALM, Tosca or the like) Ideally certifications or practical experience according to ISTQB, ISO/IEC 29119 or in ITIL-based processes Regulatory & Normative Expertise desirable, in particular DORA - Digital Operational Resilience Act (EU 2022/2554), MaRisk (AT 7.2, AT 8.1), BSI IT Basic Protection Compendium (e.g. OPS.1.1, APP.4.x), ISO/IEC 27001, 27002; Document steering and quality assurance (ISO 9001) High technical affinity and pronounced numerical orientation as well as an analytical, structured and solution-oriented method Rapid opinion on complex issues (IT compliance requirements) Communication strength, team skills and a high quality awareness German language skills (min. level C1), as our company language is German
