Lead & develop: You guide the team Capability.NET professionally and disciplinefully, promote the further development of team members and act as an active part of the team itself hands-on in software development. Control capacities & costs: You are responsible for the utilisation and resource planning of your specialist team, thereby ensuring a need-oriented .NET capacity for our product management and our customer projects, while maintaining costs and budget. Designing technology: The .NET technology sector as well as the standards and best practices around .NET, C# and ASP.NET are further developed by you and your team. Developments and trends can be seen. Ensure quality: You ensure the professional quality of our development services (architecture compliance, test coverage and wartability). You accompany sophisticated development projects, introduce your know-how and participate in the solution and implementation. Networking & Improving: In close cooperation with the other specialist teams, you succeed and bring your expertise into joint quality and release decisions.

Technical know-how: Complete study of computer science, software technology or a comparable qualification. Gathered experience: Found professional experience in .NET software development and leadership experience. Modern Skills: Funded knowledge in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, software architecture, design patterns, testing and CI/CD. Leadership with clarity: You combine quality awareness and analytical thinking with communication strength, care, decision-making and enforcement. Your German skills are at least on level C1.
