Together with the project management, ensure transparency about dates and costs, initiate efficient control measures and respond to the necessary implementation (on time and on budget). In this context, you bundle the disciplines of project management from cost and performance management to change management to reporting. In addition, you support the management of our specialist staff and thus guarantee the quality of our project by the project management. Take care of the resources of the project management and equip all subprojects qualitatively and quantitatively. Last but not least, you will develop the project management governance governance and ensure silo-free communication flow in the project.

You have completed their studies in engineering, electrical engineering, construction or comparable, as well as several years of professional experience in developing large infrastructure projects in a comparable position, preferably in the energy industry. You are certified in project management and master modern methods and tools for managing costs, appointments and quality. You are familiar with approval processes in infrastructure construction, can control them efficiently and in accordance with regulations and act sovereignly both in a complex matrix organization and in stressful times. You are characterized by pronounced communication skills and professional leadership skills, motivate and coordinate cross-departmental teams and are always proactive and solution-oriented. You bring a high readiness to travel within Germany.
