A completed commercial training – ideally complemented by experience in factoring or financial services. Sales experience: You understand how to identify customer needs and present individual solutions. Strong Personality: With targeting, negotiation skills and empathy, you use Disch for your customers. Performance orientation: Strong self-initiative and willing to succeed – you drive your goals forward with commitment.
