Systeex Brandschutzsysteme GmbH is a medium-sized company headquartered in Hanau. With the Systeex brand, we are among the top 5 of our fire protection industry. We are represented in Germany with more than 20 locations, including our own pipe production in Elmenhorst. Our group includes five subsidiaries with a total of around 700 employees.

Systeex manufactures and installs sprinkler, spray water quenching, high-pressure water mist, special extinguishing and fire alarm systems. Our extensive range includes individual fire protection concepts as well as the maintenance and repair of all plants.

You are contact persons for all commercial and contractual matters of the projects assigned to you Testing and designing customer contracts Asset and receivable management to ensure order liquidity Invoicing of customers Ensuring project-related cost control Adjust the order calculations into the ERP system and maintain the associated calculations Creating target/actual analyses and project forecast reports Monthly project reviews with the project participants Requests for bank guarantees and coordination of insurance behaviour Testing of supplier invoices

A Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration or Economics First professional experience or additional commercial training are advantageous Safe handling of MS Office programs, very good Excel skills High operational readiness with a proactive and structured method High ability to entrepreneurial thinking Own-sponsored and independent working and yet strong team skills Safe, sympathetic appearance with enforcing power Positive exposure to customers and employees
