As an Expert People Development (m/w/d), you design modern personnel development with the aim of promoting employees in a targeted manner, developing potentials in a sustainable manner and actively shaping change processes. You combine strategic thinking with a high degree of empathy to successfully implement innovative learning and development concepts in a dynamic group environment. Your other tasks include: You support the structured implementation of our global talent management and succession processes and ensure that relevant tools and instruments are used and developed professionally. You design, plan and accompany demand-oriented junior and talent programs from the first idea to the successful implementation. You develop and moderate cross-disciplinary and international personnel development measures and workshops. You plan, evaluierst and organize different learning opportunities for managers and employees and continuously develop existing measures. You advise executives and HR Business Partners competently on issues of personnel and talent development and support them with your methodological expertise.

A successfully completed study in the field of economics, economic psychology, sociology or comparable and relevant professional experience in this field Methodology competence in agile context and experience in managing projects Good knowledge of English in word and writing Strategic thinking, abstraction and a holistic perspective with a view to corporate strategy Experience in digitizing processes and implementing digital learning platforms Willingness for responsible action and strategic decision-making Strong customer orientation and secure engagement in an international environment Organised and analytical team player and networker with the pleasure of working together with different interfaces
