Group Leader / Team Leader Power Performance (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and organizational leadership of a dedicated team of six colleagues and give your vision impulses for innovation and suffering. Together with the Head of Department, you actively shape the operational and strategic equipment and budget planning of the department. As a group leader or team leader, you drive the performance curve measurement to prototypes of modern wind energy plants and set new standards. You develop project and innovation ideas and ensure that You are not only designed but also successfully implemented. You follow scientific developments, market trends and relevant bodies to identify and exploit opportunities at an early stage. With your team, you will support inter-sectoral cooperation and strengthen the professional exchange within the company.

You have successfully completed your studies in electrical engineering, meteorology, physics or mechanical engineering, and you will bring well-founded technological know-how. Multiannual professional practice in wind energy or in a comparable technical environment. You have already gained first leadership experience and understand how to create a motivating and trusting working environment. MS Office and SAP are using you routiniert. You can master German and English safely in word and writing. You are self-responsible, you are self-confident and confident in organising, constriction and implementation. Your communication and presentation skills are as good as your structured work. You are in possession of a class B driver's license and willingness to travel (about 5%).
