Team Leader Work Preparation & Production Planning (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of five employees Production planning taking into account capacities, resources and priorities Fine planning for production and filling processes Creation and control of purchase orders for purchase items and finished goods Maintenance and development of master and plan data in the ERP system Overarching inventory and range control across multiple warehouses Creation and further development of KPIs as well as reporting for production planning and work preparation

Completed commercial training, completed studies (e.g. business management, economic engineering, logistics) or comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in production planning/control - ideally in the food industry) First leadership experience as well as the ability to develop your team through clear communication, reliability and team orientation Impressed communication strength for the secure control of interfaces – also in the international environment (very good knowledge of German and good English) Very good IT skills, especially in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office, for data-based control and further development of planning and reporting processes Analytical, structured and process-oriented mode of operation combined with a good overview even in dynamic situations High self-initiative as well as motivation to take responsibility and actively improve processes
