You support our sales office in the area of district heating and near heat in operating activities in day-to-day business by preparing and calculating new offers for our customers, processing and taxing orders, initialling invoices and performing continuous data management You control regular mailing actions to our customers on your own You are responsible for our customers: for concerns and questions about district heating

You have a successfully completed commercial training You are interested in sustainability, project work and improving internal processes You work structured, independent and team-oriented You have a high customer and service orientation You are safe in dealing with MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and have knowledge of good practice
