You are responsible for the design and development of professional solutions of suitability diagnostics; develop assessment and development centers, develop exercises, evaluate test procedures and tax external service providers In addition, you take over the operation of diagnostic formats; ensure a high level of observation and assessment quality and coordinates internal stakeholders and external partners You advise managers, potential managers and employees on personal development issues as well as team development, moderate themselves or check the quality of external concepts In addition, you coordinate the nomination processes for talent programs, identify candidates from our talent pools, control decision-making processes and keep contact with the programme managers You advise managers and employees on development issues, select appropriate development measures (coachings, trainings, team workshops) and coordinate implementation with external partners In addition, you accompany change processes in the company and advise responsible persons on appropriate communication and change measures
