Bachelor's or Master's degree in e.g. BWL, Human Resources or Social Sciences – like to focus on human resources management or the like. Nice to have: first practical experience in the working world through internships or student work Passion and enthusiasm for work with (international) teams and people Your IT skills: very good MS Office skills, i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel Experience in dealing with applicant management software is a plus, but no need Your Soft Skills: communicative team player (m/w/d) with eye for details and people as well as good communication skills Good knowledge of English
