During your training, you will learn new things daily and take on varied tasks, for example: Pick up a listed police building and set up the drawings for reconstruction You develop detailed outlines for a new building for first design sketches You use suitable building materials and calculate the quantities required for a construction project Your training at a glance Start of training: 15. Compulsory requirements Minimum middle school degree (MSA) Complete application documents* (Tabellarischer Lebenslauf, the last two school certificates and, if applicable, internship certificates) Motivation to learn new and apply your knowledge directly Good imagination of three-dimensional spaces and buildings Good knowledge of German in word and writing and good oral and written expressability Successful participation in our online test Participation in our day of talent, probably between 30.11.–04.12.2026 (further information here) Required requirements Interest in incorporating into new software programs Structured and careful functioning as well as the ability to keep an overview even with extensive tasks Self-initiative and joy in finding solutions independently
