Senior PreSales Consultant IT-Services (m/f/d)

You advise our customers together with the sales team with a focus on modern, highly available and secure data center and IT architectures and thus actively contribute to the digital future in the clinic market

You develop self-thought-out solutions for the infrastructure of our established standard software solutions in the healthcare market, thereby specifically introducing your technical expertise

You will play a key role in the processing of alerts, first and foremost tailor-made solutions and adapt existing concepts professionally and efficiently

You coordinate with upstream and downstream organizational units to ensure smooth implementation and high quality

You always keep your knowledge up-to-date by actively tracking new technologies, manufacturers and products and regularly taking part in specialist events of our partners as well as internal development and service departments

You have completed your studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering, medical technology or a comparable technical course

Alternatively, you will bring a technical training with corresponding training (e.g. to the technician or IT specialist) and have built up a well-founded expertise through professional experience and continuous training.

You have well-founded experience in the Presales area, ideally focusing on data center infrastructures and IT system architectures – and bringing the ability to communicate complex technical relationships in a comprehensible and convincing manner

Your technical expertise is profound and is complemented by strong communicative skills and a secure appearance in presentations – both internally and across customers

You are a real team player with experience in collaboration with sales units, partners and customers – and understand how to translate technical requirements into customer-oriented solutions

Your work is characterised by self-responsibility, structure and a high degree of self-motivation – you are proactively driving issues and keeping track of complex projects.

You master German at native language level and have fluent English skills to communicate safely and professionally with both national and international contacts

Ideally, you already have touch points with IT infrastructures in the healthcare sector and know the requirements and peculiarities of this sensitive and demanding environment.
