ENDPOINTS AM LAUFEN You monitor and maintain our User Endpoints and the associated systems, perform upgrades, installations and configurations as needed SECURITY You help with compliance with security protocols, create user accounts and control access rights PROBLEME LÖSEN You accept worldwide user requests and perform troubleshoots for hardware and software problems in the 1st & 2nd level according to ITIL v4 processes and its documentation requirements USER EXPERIENCE ACTIVITIES You work with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen and train the user experience as needed You stay up to date for best practices and technical developments in the IT Service Desk SPASS HABEN You can find your place in our colorful and collegial environment

Completed IT training or comparable qualification At least five years of experience in a similar position Very good knowledge of IT systems, end user expirience, networks and security Structural and analytical talent Flexibility and loadability Analytical thinking, solution-oriented work and team skills readiness Excellent communication skills in word and writing (German and English)
