Installation, operation and maintenance of server and network infrastructure

Administration and configuration of root servers (Linux/Windows-based)

Development and implementation of backup strategies including regular testing mechanisms

Establishment, maintenance and further development of ERP/CRM systems

Technical support and further development of the customer forum

Technical support for sales in search engine marketing and newsletter creation

Support department support in technical issues

You bring it with you professionally: Complete training as a specialist (system integration) or comparable qualification or relevant professional experience as professionally suitable cross-comers

Very good knowledge of Windows server environments

Experience with Virtualization (Hyper-V)

Knowledge of network security / firewalls (ideally FortiGate)

Experience with backup and monitoring solutions (e.g. Veeam, N-able)

Basic understanding of cloud services, ideally Microsoft 365

Structured, sustainable approach to IT operation and error analysis

very good German knowledge (at least C1)
