Technical Project Controller Construction (m/f/d)

In this key position, you are responsible for the technical control of an important tunnel construction project. You are the central interface between planning and construction site reality, with direct wire to project management and direct influence on project success. Project performance in mind: You continuously monitor the technical progress of the project and identify deviations and optimization potentials at an early stage Strategic Sparring Partner: In close dialogue with the project management, you jointly evaluate technical decisions from an economic perspective and accompany future developments Creating transparency: Through well-founded target-actual analyses, precise cost evaluations and loadable billing, you ensure clear decision-making technical project management: You continuously develop the work costing and ensure their topicality through regular care and adaptation Prepare facts: You provide complex controlling information in a comprehensible manner and thus provide the basis for strategic project decisions

You think analytically, understand technical relationships and feel at home in the world of numbers as well as at the construction site. Not only do you want to evaluate, but you want to actively shape and lead projects to success. Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification 2–3 years of practical experience in technical project controlling, at best in infrastructure or civil engineering projects or the TGA. Funded knowledge in controlling systems, ideally experience with RIB iTWO Versified handling of MS Office, especially Excel at an advanced level Embossed analytical understanding combined with structured and self-responsive working German language skills in word and writing Flexibility for deployments and local presence
