You are the contact person for all project managers:in the construction department and accompany various new construction and modernization projects You initiate, plan and run process optimization projects Take over key PMO tasks in projects such as support for project planning, progress control, budget monitoring and risk management You also work with the program manager and other team members to effectively coordinate all project activities and audits, process reviews, etc. As an interface to the Department of Quality and Project Management of the City Cleaning Hamburg, you support building a group-wide process map For the digitization of our auditable systems, you take over the project management

completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or comparable Ideally, you have completed a training in project management and first professional experience in this area You can organize well and keep an overview of many projects You work professionally and constructively and have a binding, pragmatic way of working You are practiced in dealing with MS Office and have knowledge in the MS365 environment, SAP skills are desirable You are owned by the Class B licence
