Architect - with BIM expertise (m/f/d)

We are looking for an architect (m/w/d) with BIM competence in full time (40 hours/week) with planning experience in housing, commercial and industrial construction and a strong interest in digitalization in construction.

You expect a wide range of activities: You work on complex, exciting and innovative projects of building technology HLS across all phases of performance. You accompany the BIM overall coordination for architecture. You support our planning teams in implementing the BIM method. You implement digital trends in the project business and develop new ways for digital building. You are introducing your ideas to actively shape our new business area.

You have a degree in architecture. You have professional experience in design and execution planning – ideally using the BIM methods. You think across the company and keep the overall project in mind. You are interested in digitalization in construction, new technologies and software solutions. You have experiences with BIM, 3D planning and digital building – or you want to develop in these areas. You control the handling of BIM-capable planning software. You work independently, committed and team-oriented. You look over the edge of the plate and actively introduce your own ideas.
