These are your tasks: Creating export documents / Commercial Invoices / Export declarations for export based on customer specifications Close cooperation with all employees from Warehouse and Customer Service Editing customer complaints and if necessary, initiation and monitoring of the escalation process Continuous optimization of the processes in the area of responsibility with the aim of maintaining the service level agreed with the customers Implementation and monitoring of standards from the QM system, environmental protection and occupational safety

This is what you bring with you: completed training as a freight forwarder, wholesaler and foreign trader or comparable German and good knowledge of English in word and writing High customer/service orientation Good MS Office knowledge Ideally knowledge of common customs software, preferably ATLAS, Zabis Communication capability, loadability, flexibility and team orientation Travel readiness temporary, for training, courses and customer meetings Ideally knowledge of customs, foreign trade, and dangerous goods regulations
