They support the company manager and the shiftleaders in taking organisational tasks without taking over leadership responsibility. They help in the analysis and interpretation of KPI's typical of warehouses and forwarding, support the management of the personnel organization in the entire handling camp and are responsible for the onboarding of new employees. They are co-responsible for the monitoring, documentation and implementation of new projects and processes and support all relevant communication. They are responsible for the participation and logging of all relevant meetings and are responsible for the training and further training of all employees in the handling camp. They work between approx. 14:00 and about 22:30.

They have a completed commercial training ideally as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services with the willingness to further training. They possess a strong organizational talent and operational strength. They have been able to gain first experience in personnel management and bring a very good understanding of communication. They have good knowledge of IT applications. We require time flexibility, reliability, loadability and team capacity.
