You plan and coordinate the deployments of service and support staff As an operational coordinator, you are the first contact person for incoming service requests You document all measures and tasks reliably in the system You’re guided by predictive tour planning and efficient resource use for smooth operations You process complaints and escalations in a solution-oriented manner and contribute to the success of your business

You have technical or commercial training First experience as a disponent, in dispatching or in a comparable function is advantageous You think customer-oriented and never lose sight of the customer's perspective You convince by communication strength, resilience and tranquility in challenging situations Very good German knowledge and ideally an IT affinity
