Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the processing of personal and property damage from the commercial sector. As part of your activity, you will determine the facts (also technical) to find a fair and efficient solution for our customers. In the event of damage, you take into account, among other things, the review of the insurance cover and the liability aspects of our customers. The communication and negotiation with beneficiaries and their legal representatives complete your task profile.

You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a commercial training with a multi-year professional experience in the insurance industry. Ideally, you have experience in damage processing, which gives you the necessary knowledge and skills to best support our customers. Your communication skills, a convincing negotiation skills and your comprehensive consulting skills are among your strengths. Your strong service awareness and excellent team skills complete your profile.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.

Flexibility: In addition to our home office, you can work up to ten more days on the mobile side within Germany or in the EU. We thus promote the compatibility of your professional and private goals.
