For our Food & Beverage and Merchandise department, we are looking for a full-time or part-time at the next possible time for 24 months for our headquarters in Lübeck

Projektmanager (m/w/d) Food & Beverage und Merchandise You test sales and economic performance indicators (e.g. P&L, COGS) and derive optimization potential. You work on monthly accounts, reports and forecasts – focusing on achievement and profitability. You recognize trends and develop new ideas for our R&B and Merchandise strategies. You develop film-related actions and menus – from idea to implementation with our sites. You control price and range adjustments and coordinate all relevant interfaces. You support in tendering, supplier topics and agreements with agencies and partners. You are responsible for R&B related projects and accompany system adjustments such as system updates. You support our locations in day-to-day business, help with queries or disruptions and jointly develop measures to achieve targets. You’re prudent on product master files and you’re involved in the further development of efficient data processes.

Experience in project or product management – ideally in the area of R&B, gastronomy or trade. Good numerical understanding and safe handling of KPIs, reports and analyses. Structured, independent way of working and fun on team work. Experience with digital tools (e.g. Jira, ERP, cash or BI systems). Creativity and a sense of food and entertainment trends. Economic studies are helpful, but no requirement – your motivation is crucial.
