Lean Management Expert Plant Bühlertal (m/f/d)

As a Lean Management Expert*in at the Bühlertal (Obersontheim) plant, you are driving forward the lean strategy and the continuous development of the KPS (Kärcher Productivity System). At the same time, you are responsible for the Business Process Management (BPM) and ensure the transfer of trends and best practices throughout the Kärcher Werksverbund. You identify and evaluate challenges in production and logistics, develop practical concepts and implement them successfully. You are responsible for cross-departmental projects, such as production ergonomics, and coordinate several initiatives in parallel. You moderate workshops, coach our specialist areas and executives in Lean methods and anchor the Lean culture in a sustainable way. You build a strong network in the (international) network of works within the Kärcher Group, promote the exchange of knowledge on lean trends and act as a central interface between work and headquarters. Finally, answer the preparation and implementation of internal audits to ensure compliance with our standards.

A successfully completed technician training (e.g. mechanical engineering, production technology or electrical engineering) and ideally an additional training in production systems or a comparable technical study. Multiannual professional experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in production or lean management. Funded expertise in Lean Management Principles (e.g. Shopfloor Management, CVP) as well as relevant experience in managing complex, cross-departmental projects and in change processes. Secure handling of common office applications (we work with Google Workspace), SAP and MES. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Sovereign appearance, negotiation skills, empathy and joy to inspire and take people for changes.
