You have a successfully completed study of engineering, preferably in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on construction, or a completed study of law (e.g. as a full lawyer, economic lawyer, LL.B. or LL.M.), ideally with a focus on building and architect law or contract law and have technical understanding Ideally, multiannual professional experience in contract management and/or property monitoring in the context of construction or infrastructure projects (e.g. as a follow-up managerin, claim managerin, contract managerin, contract managerin, project managerin, project engineerin or comparable) Knowledge of the relevant regulations and basis of the contract in construction, in particular BGB, VOB and HOAI Experience in the analysis, testing and evaluation of construction contracts, supplements and project-related contract and project documentation and the ability to identify complex characteristics in a structured manner and assign different construction and infrastructure projects A pronounced analytical and structured way of working, a high sense of responsibility and a safe handling of popular software tools, especially MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as communication strength, team skills and a sovereign appearance in exchange with project participants Interest in in interdisciplinary construction and infrastructure projects and the willingness to work regularly at our site in Pforzheim
