Support of the organisational unit for administrative, technical and organisational tasks in the daily business Care, administration and further development of SharePoint content as well as ensuring a structured information deposit Coordination and support of onboarding processes including care of onboarding checklists, organisation of instruction and support in the professional integration Support in authorization management and coordination of PC and user-onboarding processes in cooperation with IT Organisation and coordination of building-related and general administrative processes Cooperation with internal interfaces such as IT, HR, facility management and specialist areas to ensure transparent and efficient processes

(m/w/d) or comparable Technical understanding and interest in cooperation with technical fields and digital systems Affinity for key figures, data and structured evaluations as well as joy in the care and processing of information Safe handling of common IT applications and experience in maintaining documentation and digital platforms (e.g. Confluence, SharePoint, Excel and Access) Structured and careful working and pleasure in coordinating different organizational issues Communication strength and service-oriented cooperation with various internal contacts German knowledge of at least B2 level in word and writing
