Number: MER0003WE5 In the Integrity Program & IL Training department, we are responsible for the planning, design and implementation of e-learnings/web-based training on the topics of integrity, compliance, law and sustainability for Mercedes-Benz employees worldwide and with innovative and digital learning methods. Our workday is part of not only creative training conception and project work, but also the further development of our training portfolio with regard to innovative methods and digital media and formats. What awaits you: As part of our IL Training Team, you support us in the planning and implementation of web-based trainings on exciting compliance fields such as data protection, antitrust law or prevention of money laundering. Practice instead of theory: You work on creating e-learnings and modules for internal employees and external partners – focusing on integrity, compliance and law

Creativity asked: You take part projects and responsibility in the conceptual and didactic design of our web-based trainings. You bring your own ideas for content and visual design

Direct wire to experts: Among other things, you work closely with specialist partners and compliance specialists to convey content in a precise and practical manner

Experience project work live: from the control of external service providers to the multi-team and multi-disciplinary organisation of workshops– You are part of the entire process and everyday life with us in the team

Digital & innovative: Knowing modern (AI-based) tools and supporting our digital transformation

Care and guidance: Your involvement is ensured by a person who is responsible for you in the team. Hybrid work is possible in consultation

The activity can begin from April 2026.

You study economic education, psychology, adult education, law, BWL/VWL, media science, economic ethics or a comparable degree course and want to apply your knowledge in an international business context

You can represent complex facts in a comprehensible and appealing way

First experiences in training or e-learning, with project work, AI application or digital tools are a plus – but no need

You are communicative, organized and like to work independently

Applications of MS Office (teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) are familiar to you

Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
