Systeex Brandschutzsysteme GmbH is a medium-sized company headquartered in Hanau. With the Systeex brand, we are among the top 5 of our fire protection industry. We are represented in Germany with more than 20 locations, including our own pipe production in Elmenhorst. Our group includes five subsidiaries with a total of around 700 employees.

Systeex manufactures and installs sprinkler, spray water quenching, high-pressure water mist, special extinguishing and fire alarm systems. Our extensive range includes individual fire protection concepts as well as the maintenance and repair of all plants.

Strategic support and further development of defined key accounts and framework contractors Responsibility for the sustainable development of long-term customer relationships Support for new customer acquisitions in close coordination with the team Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Perception of appointments directly with the customer on site Close cooperation with regional service departments and internal specialist departments Control and coordination of all customer-relevant activities according to internal requirements Planning and implementation of annual, framework and strategy discussions Creation, coordination and follow-up of complex offers including Costing support Implementation of price and contract negotiations in the defined area of responsibility Continuous market and competition monitoring in the supervised customer portfolio

Complete technical vocational training, ideally with sales or project-related orientation Multiannual professional experience in the key account, in technical sales or in a comparable customer-oriented position Experience in supporting complex customer structures and framework contractors Very good knowledge of popular MS Office applications Knowledge of fire protection / sprinkler technology is advantageous Confidence with relevant rules and regulations (e.g. VdS) desirable Representative communication and consulting skills Secure appearance and sovereign negotiation skills High customer orientation combined with strategic and analytical thinking Self-responsible and solution-oriented operation Impressed team capacity and willingness to implement assigned tasks in a structured manner readiness to travel within Germany
