• *To expand our range of services and to build up the field of electrophysiology, we are looking for a senior physician (m/w/d) at the next possible time for the Internal Clinic I - Cardiology. Your tasks The Internal Clinic I stands for modern high-performance medicine, interdisciplinary cooperation and strong cooperation. In the Department of Cardiology, we diagnose and treat the entire spectrum of acute and chronic heart diseases. An experienced, highly motivated medical team supplies around 2,500 stationary patients at the highest medical level every year.

In two state-of-the-art heart catheter laboratories with 24-hour intervention service, we carry out approximately 1,000 1,200 left heart catheter investigations annually and around 500 interventions. Our interventional spectrum includes complex PCIs, intracorporeal imaging and coronary physiology at current scientific level.

A special focus is on cardiac rhythmology: We implant 1- and 2-chamber heart pacemakers, ICD and CRT systems, wireless pacemakers and subcutaneous defibrillators. The range of services is supplemented by PFO and LAA batteries implants.

In addition, the Internal Clinic I bears responsibility for the internalist intensive care unit with twelve beds. Here we treat complex internalist diseases from cardiology, gastroenterology, nephrology, oncology and pneumology. The latest intensive medical procedures including invasive and non-invasive ventilation, CVVH and Impella are available around the clock. The cardiological normal station has 41 beds and is divided into two specialized monitor stations.

• Specialist (w/m/d) for Internal Medicine with focus on cardiology and sound knowledge in electrophysiology (ideally DGK certification)
• Self-fulfilment of all diagnostic and therapeutic electrophysiological procedures including pulmonal vein isolation, ablation and 3D mapping
