At the Center Technology & System Engineering (MO/ET), we bundle digitization and automation competence within Mercedes-Benz Cars Operations. Our goal is to support employees: optimally digitally in planning and production, thereby increasing efficiency sustainably. In the department “MPS & Digitization Production Planning (MO/ETME)” we consistently drive the digital transformation of production planning. The team “MO360 Engineering: AI & Data Management” is developing the future of data-driven production planning and implementing innovative solutions for artificial intelligence and modern data platforms. We work interdisciplinary, use newest technologies and maintain an environment in which creativity and initiative are promoted. Our leitmotif: ''We realize planning with digital intelligence''. As a reinforcement in our team, we are looking for an intern to support digital transformation. Your tasks: You actively participate in the design, preparation and implementation of training and support the knowledge transfer to new AI methods and tools. You will help you create workshops and make sure that the content is handled in a comprehensible and targeted manner – whether for top management or expert experts

You support us in communication via various media and channels. You develop content, write and edit texts with a focus on AI topics and help create appealing graphical content. Creativity and your sense of design are particularly popular here

Cooperation with different planning areas and interfaces, as well as the higher-level digitization areas of our organization Participation in the analysis and evaluation of existing processes and identification and implementation of sustainable optimization measures The activity can begin from February 2026.

enrolled student* in the media/communication sciences, business management, business informatics/engineering or a comparable degree programme Interest in artificial intelligence, IT topics and digital transformation Embossed creativity and high team capacity Various experience with M365 applications, collaborative platforms (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Mural etc.) and AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and copilot Very good knowledge of German and English Graphic design experience and handling of popular graphic software is desired Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
