Construction manager/ architect in the office – work preparation in expansion and renovation (m/f/d)

You have a technical background and also keep an overview in a dynamic project environment? Then support our project management in the work preparation and contribute to a smooth project execution of our development and reconstruction projects with your organizational staff. In order to strengthen our team at the Düsseldorf site, we are looking for you as a building manager/architect (m/w/d) in the interior / work preparation.

Project organization: You support our project management in the organisation and implementation of existing and rebuilding projects and coordinate the flow of information between construction site teams, specialist planners and subcontractors. Document and plan management: You take over the document and plan management, maintain the digital project repository and support the matching of CAD/execution plans. Project coordination: You provide security and project instruction for entrepreneurs and meetings and ensure complete project and revision documentation. Calculation & settlement: You create on-site measurements, perform digital mass determinations and prepare the billing of our projects in iTWO. Digital project tracking: You maintain and track the project progress as well as deficiencies and deadlines in PlanRadar and support quality assurance. Contract management: You undertake performance changes, prepare contributions and contract documents and support the project management in the commercial project execution.

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline. As an alternative: a completed constructional training, e.g. as a construction engineer or construction designer (m/w/d). Ideally, you already have first experiences with iTWO, PlanRadar and CAD applications – alternatively, we work you comprehensively into our digital tools. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1). You work structured, independent and have a safe handling of MS Office. You are characterized by technical understanding, organisational talent and an independent and structured way of working and convince with communication strength and team spirit. You have a class B driver's license and willingness to accompany our projects on site at regional construction sites.
