Your tasks

On-site sales: You are with your customers every day – at construction sites, workshops or offices – and include the latest Hilti products and innovative software solutions such as ON!Track. Stock customer care: Your main task is to support and deepen existing customer relationships, consisting of small customers to medium-sized businesses. You are continuously expanding your area without classic cold acquisition. Own responsibility: You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of your sales area, including planning and organization of your daily routes and dates. Future design: Your success is directly linked to your performance – you influence your salary yourself and actively shape your career at Hilti.

Your profile

Completed training in economic and/or technical fields Ideally first experience in sales High self-motivation and performance orientation Self-confidence, communication strength and good self-organisation Enthusiasm for premium products and services
