You work closely with product management, sales, production and service, translate customer requirements into resilient technical concepts, prioritise the project portfolio, answer budget and resources, and make-or-buy and architectural decisions.

You are responsible for overall development and customer projects over the entire life cycle: from demand analysis to the design of modular automation solutions to commissioning of the systems to the customer.

You design and evaluate automation and integration solutions for demanding measurement applications and ensure that these are implemented in a standard-compliant, safe, robust and maintenance-friendly manner.

You develop the engineering organization, create clear roles, processes and interfaces, and use methods such as model-based systems engineering, simulation and virtual commissioning to increase development quality and speed.
