Service advisor with automotive training (m/f/d)

For our location in Fellbach we are looking for you as: Service Consultant (m/w/d) Customer advice, diagnosis, dialogue acceptance, order opening, settlement warranty & cunency, appointment agreement, customer acquisition, cost suggestions, accident management.

Interface between customer and workshop ((termination coordination, acquisition of releases, transfer of information to customers) Service-oriented customer support and consulting (also on the vehicle or possibly through test drive, technical assessment and documentation) appointment via phone / email / WhatsApp / online appointment agreement Processing of customer requests on the subject of accessories, performance enhancement, weight relief, vehicle reconstruction, individualization, ... Treatment of accident damage via autoclaim (correspondence with insurance, reviewer, lawyer, releases, termination, ...) Creation of cost proposals and associated order preparation Implementation/processing of service marketing activities (sales of additional services, warranty extensions, service contracts, ...) Vehicle return/delivery including invoice declaration and cash register

Attention: KFZ training and commercial experience in the car house absolutely necessary!
