Senior SAP Payroll Consultant - 100% remote possible (m/f/d)

You advise customers in the field of SAP HCM Payroll / PY-DE and accompany challenging projects around the introduction, optimization and further development of payroll solutions. You take over customizing tasks, especially in scheme and rule care. You analyze existing pay billing processes and develop practical solutions for customers. You conduct workshops, fit-to-standard appointments and key-user trainings. You work on interfaces to adjacent HR and finance areas, e.g. time management, FI/CO, PA/OM. Depending on the project, You also accompany migrations and transitions towards SAP ECP / S/4HANA. You actively contribute your senior expert to the team and support internal colleagues in the field of payroll topics.

You have a degree in economic informatics, computer science, business management or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of experience in the field of SAP HCM Payroll / PY-DE, ideally in the consulting or project environment. You have a well-founded knowledge of German payroll accounting as well as in payroll-related HR processes. You are safe in customizing, especially in schema and regular care. You understand adjacent interfaces, for example at the time economy, FI/CO, PA/OM. You can provide expert advice, meet requirements and implement solutions in a structured manner. You work autonomously, strong in communication and bring a clear senior mentality. You have good knowledge of German; English skills are of advantage.
