You are a contact person on topics such as: Openings and business closures as well as supporting activities in updating the operating database / partner management Contribution decisions, consolidation of contributions and withdrawals Insured persons; voluntary insurance Dangerous tariffs; EAGGF Guarantee Section

(m/w/d) in the field of accident insurance / health insurance / pension insurance or comparable training (e.g. commercial training with customer contact or legal assistance (m/w/d)) at least one-year practical experience in the telephone consultation (e.g. as a service or Callcenter-Agent/in (m/w/d) or complaint management Joy of work on the phone an open, friendly and service-oriented appearance good expression in word and writing Teamability, reliability and a high degree of flexibility Loadability and ready-to-use even in sustainable times preferably knowledge of our industry software ''phoenics.''
