You contact our registered interested parties for the free first call and conduct a need-oriented consultation with regard to our legal services. Follow-up of leads and further communication Documentation of conversations and care in the workflow

You have completed vocational training or a comparable qualification. You bring at least two years of detectable professional experience in outbound-call-center sales or in a comparable, sales-oriented activity. You have a strong distributive sense and recognize potentials as well as chances of graduation in conversation You stand on the phone sovereign, convincing and binding, and understand how to build trust and achieve degrees. You work in a goal-oriented and final-oriented manner and your personal performance is always in view. You can see objections as a chance – with argumentation strength and negotiation skills, you can successfully complete conversations. You work independently, structured and with high self-motivation. Team skills, liabilities and entrepreneurial thinking are of course for you. You master the German language at the native language level. Good knowledge of MS Office applications complete your profile.
