Your tasks:

Preparation of meals: Planning and preparation of balanced and varied foods that meet the special dietary needs of our residents: inside (e.g. diets, allergies, age-appropriate nutrition) - in cooperation with other departments Menu planning: preparation of weekly plans taking into account seasonal and regional products as well as the individual wishes and preferences of residents:inside Ensuring hygiene: compliance with hygiene standards according to statutory requirements (HACCP) in the kitchen and storage areas Ordering and Storage: Ordering and Accepting Foods, Checking Delivery for Quality and Freshness and Proper Storage of Food Teamwork: Guidance and support of kitchen aids and cooperation in a dedicated team to ensure high quality of food
