Central control of everyday practice: organisation of patient ideas, appointment and emergency management as well as coordination of transports Secure documentation & settlement: Classification in compensation systems, complete performance documentation and processing and dispatch of medical documents Active medical support: participation in diagnostics and therapy – from vitals to association changes to tests and gypsum systems Independent implementation of delegated activities: preparation, implementation and follow-up of medical measures such as blood collection, ECG, injections, smears or lung function tests Assistance in demanding procedures: surgical preparation, assistance in punctures, catheterization and aftercare incl. Documentation & support research: guidance for new employees and trainees as well as cooperation in clinical studies and scientific projects

successfully completed training as a medical assistant or doctoral assistant Knowledge of clinical processes and basic medical knowledge in the field are desirable Experience in handling hospital information systems as well as sound IT skills very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing friendly appearance, helpfulness and very good communication with patients, medical staff and external partners structured, precise and reliable operation, independence fast conception, service orientation, team skills and social competence Convinced on the whole line -
