As a store manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the operational and economic management of our store – with passion, commitment and love for sustainable products. You lead your team with modelling effect, promote potentials and create an atmosphere in which customers, customers and employees feel equally comfortable.

Implementation of corporate goals and responsibility for sales, earnings and store performance Ensuring optimal goods supply, sales-promoting goods presentation and a well maintained store appearance Leadership, motivation and further development of your team – from personnel deployment planning, training and employee talks enthusiastic, service-oriented customer advice at the highest level – especially for our sustainable natural products (furnished, mattresses, home textiles, clothing and natural cosmetics) Analysis of key figures and derivation of appropriate measures to achieve targets Organisation and control of the store processes as well as responsibility for money transport, inventory and operational safety On-site complaint management in close cooperation with the headquarters

Complete training in retail or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in managing a retail team, ideally in the premium or sustainable segment Passion for consulting and selling high-quality, ecological products Embossed entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent and sense of responsibility Joy of teamwork, open communication and the development of common ideas High commitment, flexibility and self-initiative Safe handling of digital media and computer systems Good feel for colors, shapes and trends as well as a well-kept, sovereign appearance Identification with the philosophy and values of the Green Earth
