For the organization unit Central Networks we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hanover or Münster site Projektmanager (m/w/d).

The Central Networks Division is responsible for the high-availability, secure and sustainable network infrastructure of financial information technology. As a central interface between IT production, information security, revision, corporate companies and external partners, the area is shaping the strategic development of network and security architectures. The expert adviser assists management at sectoral level in technical, operational and strategic decisions and assumes a connecting role within the area as well as in other organisational units. In critical situations, the function ensures action through rapid analysis, clear prioritization and coordinated solution control.

Strategic development of company-wide network and network security architecture focusing on firewall, intrusion prevention, DDoS defense, mitigation and highly available data center networks Continuing network segmentation including design and development of microsegmentation approaches Conception and continuation of a company-wide strategy for complete, revision-proof documentation of communication relationships across all Enforcement Points Advising the management on technical, operational, regulatory and strategic issues, as well as preparing resilient decision bases technical coordination of cross-sectoral and business activities; Link between specialist departments, information security, revision, group companies, manufacturers and contractors deriving and implementing strategies and standards for the continuous improvement of protective measures, processes, automation and availability Takeover of important special tasks and professional control in time-critical or complex situations including root analysis, escalation management and sustainable solution protection

Complete technical studies, in particular (economic) informatics, IT security or a comparable qualification At least eight years of professional experience in complex network, security or infrastructure environments In-depth knowledge of IP communication, network and firewall architectures, intrusion prevention, DDoS defense and network segmentation Comprehensive experience in developing strategies, target architectures, standards and implementing regulatory requirements Experience in the professional management of complex, cross-organisational projects and in the advice of managers at decision-making level Very pronounced analytical, conceptual and communicative skills, combined with enforcement, negotiation security and sovereign occurrence in critical situations High self-initiative, decision-making, sense of responsibility and ability to understand complex technical contexts
