The following tasks characterize your future area of competence: Active networking in the savings banks: You engage and empower sales and executives of the savings banks to jointly develop effective sales strategies.

Coaching and training: You support the Sparkassenvertrieb in all operational sales issues – in particular through training, coaching and workshop offers.

As a multiplier:in relieving: you accompany the LBS applications in the savings bank and recognize optimization needs.

Impetus with specialist expertise: You understand your expertise as active:r driver:in all LBS building and financing topics.

If you... have successfully completed a training in the financial sector, ideally in the Savings Banks Association, with further qualification and/or a degree in economics,

to gather several years of professional experience in the distribution of financial services,

identify you with sales concepts, preferably in the Sparkassenverbund,

a pronounced service and solution orientation, and

to bring travel in the LBS NordWest business area,
