Accept, analyze and eliminate interference in our standard solutions by phone and ticket system 2nd level support for defined topics as well as close cooperation with specialist teams Documenting support processes in the central ITSM system and creating solution and user documentation Creating and delivering IT hardware Maintain and secure a defined inventory in the IT warehouse Processing of warranty and repair cases with manufacturers and suppliers User management in our systems Install and configure standard software Participation in the commissioning of new hardware and the establishment of production-oriented solutions Support the operation of the local network infrastructure in coordination with the network team Maintain internal users in service enquiries as well as performing user trainings that meet target groups

completed IT training (e.g. specialist informatics) or comparable practice, plus detectable experience in 1st and 2nd level support well-founded knowledge in Windows client environments, standard software installation and configuration as well as user and rights management in common systems (AD/M365) routine in ticket processing, trouble analysis and troubleshoot according to ITIL principles; safe in documentation (ITSM), knowledge and user documentation creation Hardware affinity and process security in procurement, delivery, warehouse management as well as warranty and repair processing with manufacturers/suppliers service-oriented communication in German and English, structured working methods, hands-on mentality; Basic knowledge of network technology and production-related solutions and experience in user training
