Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Support and advice of customers from hotel industry, gastronomy, catering and community service Development of individual solutions concerning cleaning, hygiene and operating hygiene Analysis of existing cleaning and hygiene processes at the customer's premises Optimization of workflows and cleaning processes Advice on the selection of suitable cleaning and hygiene products Presentation and introduction of new products, systems and application solutions Implementation of product and application training for customers and their employees Monitoring and implementation of hygiene concepts Acquisition of new customers and continuous expansion of existing customer relationships Detection of customer potential and development of additional business opportunities Market and competition monitoring in the field of professional cleaning and hygiene Close cooperation with sales services, purchasing and other specialist departments Independent planning and organisation of customer visits in the sales area Documentation and follow-up of customer activities

Completed commercial, gastronomic or comparable training Ideally professional experience in sales, customer advice or in the field of cleaning and hygiene Industry knowledge of hotel industry, gastronomy, catering or shared catering Knowledge of professional cleaning and hygiene procedures desirable Embossed customer and service orientation Communication strength and convincing appearance Joy of advice, sales and personal customer contact Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High level of initiative and sense of responsibility Entrepreneurial thinking and pronounced final orientation Secure handling of MS Office and digital tools of the Apple world driving licence class B readiness for regular external services
