In Ettenheim, Georg Fischer Piping Systems manufactures plastic pipe systems and valves from fluoropolymers for the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries as well as chemical equipment construction. One of the largest cleanrooms in Europe for plastics processing is located in the areas of assembly, machining, extrusion and injection molding. Become part of our team as a management planning & control (w/m/d) and take over a key role in the operational and tactical production planning at the Ettenheim site – including leadership of the responsible team.

You are responsible for a stable, timely production control and create the basis for sustainable success with clear processes and high data quality. You control the production planning end-to-end and ensure optimal utilization of resources and capacities – even in dynamic and challenging situations. As a driver of continuous improvement, standardization and digitization, you are constantly developing our PPS processes – locally and in the international EMEA environment. You use KPIs and sound analytics to target actions and to measurably increase delivery performance, efficiency and operational excellence. In close cooperation with internal interfaces and projects, you act as a central impulse provider that connects processes, drives innovation and achieves sustainable results. With your leadership skills, you develop your team professionally and personally and create an environment in which performance, motivation and cooperation grow.

Complete bachelor's degree, ideally in the technical or economic field or similar qualification 2–3 years of professional experience in the production environment and first leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Funded knowledge of production planning and control as well as safe handling of ERP systems (especially SAP) and digital tools Extensive analytical skills and a KPI-oriented working method Communication-strong, self-initiative acting personality with negotiating strength, high performance orientation and structured, responsible and solution-oriented working methods in the team. Readiness to travel within the scope of activity Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
