Development and expansion of individual RPG/SQL software on modern IBM Power i systems in highly available, mirrored LPAR partitions Implementation of expansion and maintenance projects for internal and external clients Analysis and implementation of daily business requirements for suppliers and internal departments Work within structured software architectures with own modules, functions and an internal programmer workbench Development and support of interfaces, web services and APIs Ensuring stable data flows from data input to data output

Completed training or studies with computer science focus Multiannual experience in development on IBM Power i with very good knowledge in RPG (from RPG II to Free RPG), CL and SQL Funded know-how in IBM DB2 for i (DDS and SQL), incl. database design Experience with triggers, store procedures, service programs and copy routes Routine in handling development and collaboration tools like IBM RDi, iACS, VSC4i, Jira and Confluence Understanding internal customers, tickets and commercial processes of advantage (e.g. billing, transactions, card or toll systems) Flowing German and English
